(“data subject”). An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified directly or indirectly, in
particular by reference to identifiers such as name, identification number, location data, online identifiers,
or one or more factors specific to physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social
identity.
1.2 Sensitive Personal Information: Sensitive Personal Information refers to personal information that, if
disclosed, illegally provided, or misused, may seriously endanger personal or property safety, or is likely to
cause harm to personal reputation, physical or mental health, or result in discriminatory treatment. Sensitive
Personal Information includes, but is not limited to, biometric information (such as facial recognition data),
health information, payment information (such as bank card numbers and payment passwords), and identity document
information.
GoPost processes Sensitive Personal Information only where there is a clear legal basis or where explicit
consent has been obtained from the user, and strictly in accordance with the principles of legality, legitimacy,
and necessity, while adopting enhanced protection measures.
1.3 Anonymized Information refers to information processed through technical means so that the data subject
cannot be identified and the information cannot be restored. Such information does not constitute personal
information under this Policy.
1.4 Information that cannot identify a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural
person does not constitute personal information.
1.5 The GoPost platform consists of basic information platform services and functional service transaction
platform services, including but not limited to the “GoPost” ride-hailing service platform, taxi information
platform, and other online services.
2. Collection of Personal Information
We collect personal information based on lawful grounds, including performance of a contract, compliance with
legal obligations, legitimate interests, or your explicit and informed consent.

services, and third-party services. We will explain the personal information collected, collection methods,
purposes, and consequences of refusal for each function.

to provide the following information prior to registration and use of driver services: name, national ID or
other official identification documents, facial recognition data, vehicle information, driver’s license, vehicle
registration certificate, and bank account information. Where expressly permitted by law and only when
necessary, GoPost may verify a driver’s credit status or criminal record through lawful and compliant channels.
Such verification is conducted solely for driver eligibility assessment, safety risk prevention, and compliance
management, and shall not serve as the sole basis for automated decision-making. If you refuse to provide the
required information or lawfully permitted verification, you will not be able to provide services as a driver on
the GoPost platform.

affect core services.
2.3 Information Collected During Service Use

recordings, video recordings, communication records, payment information, device and log information,
evaluations, customer service communications, promotional activities, and risk control data, all collected for
